What is Lab378?

Lab378 is an applied AI lab. It designs, builds, and runs conversational AI for sales, service, and operations, and it has operated production systems since 2024. Lab378 is the company behind Livia. Clients have generated $26M in qualified pipeline with its sales AI.

What Lab378 actually builds

The work is custom conversational systems on voice, SMS, email, and web chat. They share one memory, so a person can move between a call and a message without starting again.

These systems take action. They qualify leads, book appointments, look up records, and hand a conversation to a person when it needs one. A chatbot that only answers questions is a different product.

The record underneath the agents

Every Lab378 system runs on the Workflow Intelligence Repository. It builds a record from calls, messages, emails, CRM data, and system events, then writes back into the CRM so the CRM stays correct without manual updates.

The AI acts from that record. It does not fill gaps by guessing.

Who it is for

Lab378 fits businesses where conversations outpace people: high volumes of inbound calls, leads that go cold, repetitive service requests, and CRMs nobody keeps up to date.

The most detailed proof is in real estate, through Livia. The same engineering applies to any team with a high volume of conversations or complex internal knowledge. An engagement usually starts with strategy and architecture, before any code is written.

Is Lab378 a chatbot company?

No. Lab378 builds systems that take action: they qualify, book, look up records, trigger workflows, and hand off to a person with the context attached.

How is Livia related to Lab378?

Livia is Lab378's own product for real estate agents. Lab378 built it and runs it. Livia shows what the engineering does in production.
